OBY is hosting a clinic to become an official for the NJSDC.  WE NEED OFFICIALS to hold meets.  

For those of you new to the team, we need parent volunteers to time, to help arrange our end of season party and to be officials.  During meets, an official watches the swimmers, and lets the referee know if a swimmer is not doing something right.

I think being an official is much more interesting than being a timer.  You do need to attend a training.  Sign up at Clinics - New Jersey Swimming & Diving Conference.
