• Arrival is no later than 8:00 am. Please be on time and not late. 

Traffic happens, things come up ------ being on time is important as we discussed in the parents meeting !!!!

Heat sheets are attached for tomorrow- Your swimmer should have Heat/ Lane and the event should be written out BEFORE you arrive at the meet. 

• If you need help with this, it is under the parent information tab

If there are any changes due to swimmers swimming alone because of a scratch, we will notify each swimmer directly.

• Arrive on time or early, not late
• Make sure your swimmers have Event/ Heat/ Lane on hand
• Make sure  your child's last name is written on the right shoulder
• Check in with Head Coach ROCCO
• All swimmers have a designated section
• Parents are to spectate and NOT speak to the coaches
• All swimmers stay the entire meet -- CHEERING and bonding with teammates

Bring sunscreen, water, cap, goggles and towels

Dont forget to bring the team spirit and have some fun!!!!
